• Consider and incorporate Unit of Competencies during the tools development
• Prepare assessment tools in accordance with relevant assessment guidelines
• Prepare clear and concise written instructions and meterials
• Check and finalize assessment tools considering the principles of assessment
• Ensure safety and security of the tools by the developers maintaining moral and ethical point of views

Andragogy, which is the art of teaching adults, is the opposite of pedagogy — the traditional approach to teaching children. The core principle of andragogy is that adults are more motivated and self-aware than children, so they need to learn in ways that center their lives, instead of their academic potential
